SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND, FOOD SERVICES AND SUBSISTENCE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.   • You will assess future requirements in Mess Halls worldwide and make Strategic recommendations for changes in structure, budgetary requirements and processes.
  • You will oversee the overall planning direction and timely execution of all Garrison Food Service contract(s).
  • You will supervise, plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work.
  • You will resolve conflicts in policy and program objectives in very complex or controversial transactions using subordinate technical experts.
  • You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Regional Garrison Food Service Contracts (RFHSC).
  • You will determine goals and objectives, the best approach for resolving budget shortfalls and plan for long-range staffing needs.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting and implementing policies to sufficiently pass audits and inspections as they relate to food service contracts including oversight of nationwide service contracts, compliance with regulations, and management of complex food service operations AND managing multimillion dollar budget in contracts, budget administration, workforce planning, operational analysis, and strategic recommendation development for senior leadership.
