SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

- You will monitor enlisted authorizations and assignments in view of Navy Recruiting goals and needs.
- You will assist and advise management on civilian personnel practices and programs.
- You will gather, compile, and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies and accomplishments.
- You will direct, monitor, and control operations and maintenance of base-level personnel data systems.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing current policies, procedures, and regulations to modify standard practices and develop solutions to personnel program issues; 2) Managing personnel actions (e.g., awards, promotions, schools, assignments, retirements and separations) in support of personnel program management; 3) Communicating, orally and in writing, to prepare and present correspondence, reports, and briefs; and 4) Utilizing software programs and office automation systems to support personnel programs.
