This position is offering a pay range of $19/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Key Responsibilities:* Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications* Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity* Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards* Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies* Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision* Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facilityQualifications / Requirements:* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly* Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.* Basic math and counting skills* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions* Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment* Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standardsPreferred Skills:* Prior manufacturing or packaging experience* Familiarity with food or ingredient production environmentsWorking Conditions:* Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations* Required use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)* Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
