Founded in 1939, Lanakila Pacific is a Hawaii-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering people of all ages and abilities to live independently and thrive. With more than 85 years of service to the Oʻahu community, the organization serves individuals with disabilities, seniors, and others facing cognitive, physical, social, or age-related challenges through employment pathways, job training, and supportive services.
Lanakila Pacific is deeply committed to inclusive employment, offering opportunities within its programs and social enterprises that help participants build skills, confidence, and real-world work experience. The organization also provides essential nutrition and community-based services, including Meals on Wheels, ensuring clients and employees alike are supported with dignity and respect.
